Mission Statement The Division of Student Affairs promotes and supports the educational mission of Tyler Junior College by providing out-of-classroom programs and services that encourage students to develop socially, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. We are committed to working with students, faculty and staff from all areas of the College to build an inclusive and vibrant student life environment.
Vision Statement | Transition- | Student Affairs staff will assist students with their transition from high school to college. | | Engage- | Student Affairs staff will provide out-of-class programs and services that help students adjust to the college environment. | | Assist- | Student Affairs staff will assist new and returning students from orientation to graduation. | | Motivate- | Student Affairs staff will encourage and provide students with the necessary leadership and life skills needed to be successful. |
