Recipients of this scholarship will receive a letter from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. You should bring a copy of the letter to the TJC Scholarship Office in order for the scholarship to be placed on your student account. The funds will be applied to your tuition and mandatory fees only. This scholarship will pay before any other refundable aid you have been awarded. Any remaining funds will be moved to the next semester and continue to be used as long as you are enrolled at TJC. If at any time you do not want to use available funds, you must notify the TJC Scholarship Office prior to the beginning of the semester.
