Traveling to TJC from the South (Houston)

1. Travel to Tyler on U.S. 59 Lufkin.
   
   
2. From Lufkin, take U.S. 69 to north Tyler.
   
   
3. In Tyler, US 69 is also known as Broadway Avenue. You will pass Broadway Square Mall on your left and then you will pass Loop 323. Continue driving north toward downtown.
   
   
4. At your 15th traffic light since passing the Loop 49 overpass entering Tyler you will turn to your right. This is Fifth Street or U.S. 64.
   
   
5. Travel east on Fifth Street and pass through three traffic lights. Move to the left-most lane after passing the second of these.
   
   
6. At the second traffic light, Beckham Avenue, you will see a Blockbuster Video store on your right. If the Admissions Office is your destination, prepare to turn left after passing through the next traffic light (Fleishel Avenue). You will be turning on Baxter Avenue. This left is next to College Books and directly across from Weinerland.
   
   
7. The Admissions Office is located on the first floor of the White Administrative Services Center, at the corner of Fifth Street and Baxter Avenue.
