In memory of Dr. Jean Speller Browne, the Tyler Junior College Foundation is launching a campaign to raise much-needed scholarship funds for TJC speech and theatre students. With Dr. Browne's help, the College's speech and theatre department has grown from 6 students to over 1,200 per semester, and Las Mascaras remains TJC's oldest honorary fraternity.
