ACE Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (overall G.P.A. 2.50 OR a 2.75 or higher on the last 60 hours of coursework)
2. Experience in content area being pursued or related service fields
3. Official transcripts (all foreign transcripts must be translated and evaluated for U.S. equivalencies, including a course-by-course analysis and G.P.A.)
4. Official THEA report with passing scores (Reading 250, Math 250, Writing 220(6))
5. Three confidential reference letters
6. Current résumé
7. Applicant must pass a written essay exam
8. Science and Math applicants must pass content test.
9. Applicant must pass a scored interview
10. Must be able to meet program costs
